Bachelor Degree in Education (B.Ed.)
(Evening and Weekend Program)

The Thai Teacher Association Act B.E. 2546 has mandated the teaching profession a restricted vocation. UEC in cooperation with Thepsatri Rajabhat University (TRU), one of Thailand’s top ten teacher state training universities, proudly offers an international cohort program for the Undergraduate Degree in Education (B.Ed.) for anyone who does not have a bachelor degree in education, but is seeking a teaching license to teach legally in Thailand, or who would like to obtain an undergraduate degree of international standard. This degree program is equivalent to a US degree and taught on evenings and weekends to accommodate the busy schedules of working individuals.

Admission Requirements

Applicants:

  1. A valid High School diploma and academic records proving successful completion.

  2. A TOEFL test score is required if English is not your native language. A score of 90 is required for the Internet Based Test, while a score of 550 is required for the paper exam.

Fees
      

Registration fee 5,000.00 Thai Baht
Application Fee  1,500.00 Thai Baht
Tuition fee per credit (163 credits) 2,000.00 Thai Baht

Payment of fees

  1. The application fee has to be paid upon applying to the program and has to be submitted with the application form.

  2. Duration of the whole program is 3.5 years ; tuition fees can be paid 6,000 Baht per month at least one week before class start of that month. Details of Payment Plan

Class Schedule and Program Duration

Every class will meet two Saturdays and two Sundays (9:00AM-5:00PM) per month per course. Duration of the whole program is 3.5 years, unless participants are eligible for credit by exam or transfer of credits earned at other accredited institutions.
